Individual Therapy
Gestalt therapy addresses the entirety of a person: body, emotions, soul, and thoughts. In addition to dialogue we utilize practical explorations tailored to your needs, such as visualizations, imagery and movement.
You can opt for a short-term process (5-10 sessions) to address more acute problems or a long-term approach for working deeper with your personality and behavioral patterns.
Group Therapy
I also facilitate groups with approximately 8-12 participants.
The typical duration of a group therapy program is 5-10 sessions.
